Information about castings
Are the perfume casts original?
Yes, we offer only original perfumes, which we bottle from full-size bottles purchased from authorized distributors and perfumeries.
In what capacities are castings available?
Our casts are available in various capacities – usually 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml and 30 ml. You can find the exact capacities on the product page.
What kind of packaging are the castings shipped in?
We pour the castings into high-quality glass vials with atomizers, which ensure comfortable use and protect the fragrance from oxidation.
How long do castings last?
If the decant is stored in a cool, dark place and tightly closed, its durability is comparable to the original bottle – usually several years.

How can I place an order?
Just add the selected castings to your cart and proceed to the order finalization process. Select a payment method, provide shipping details and confirm your order.
What payment methods are available?
We accept fast online payments (e.g. Przelewy24), BLIK and deferred payments PayPo!
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status of your order.
Shipping and delivery
What are the delivery methods?
We offer shipping by courier and to InPost parcel lockers. Detailed information on costs and delivery times can be found on the "Shipping and payments" page.
How long does it take to process an order?
We normally process orders within 24 hours on business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the recipient's location.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the delivery status on the carrier's website.
Returns and complaints
Can I return a perfume decanter?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened castings. Castings with intact seals are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will definitely find a solution!
What should I do if I received a damaged mold?
If the product arrived damaged, please write to us and attach a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will verify the report and propose a solution.
Can I exchange the decant for a different scent?
We do not offer exchanges of casts, but you can place a new order for the fragrance of your choice.

Can I order larger quantities of castings?

Do you offer a loyalty program?
We currently do not have a permanent loyalty program, but we regularly organize promotions and special offers for regular customers.
